Knock Off Painting!

Do you love World Market as much as I do?  Cute home decor, good prices and WINE!!!  What's not to love?  I was in there the other day buying some new curtains for my den.  I saw this picture hanging on the wall.

It's called "Seasons" by Sally Bennett Baxley.  I thought it was super cute but I was spending the last of my money on the curtains I was buying.  I instantly thought it would be an pretty easy painting to replicate though.  I already have tons of canvases at home.  And luckily the World Market I go to is right next to Michaels.  Convenient huh?

So I ran over there and picked up some paint.  I decided I'd do the circles in scrapbook paper so I got some of that too.  So all in all, maybe about $4.

I cut circles out in all different sizes.  Painted on some stems and then places the circles around.  Because I just love the look, I wiped some distress ink all over it.  Then I coated the whole thing with Mod Podge.

Here's what I came up with...

I'm so excited to hang it along with my new curtains!!
